Huayin Pro-Audio products have a one-year free warranty period from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will repair and replace components damaged under normal use free of charge. All repairs and replacements are free of charge, but you need to bear the corresponding shipping costs.

This warranty does not apply to:

1. Damage to the exterior, such as scratches, nicks, stains, dents, etc.;
2. Damage caused by improper use or installation, including using excessive magnification or connecting to incorrect voltage;
3. Damage caused by force majeure such as accidents, floods, fires, etc.;
4. Damage caused by repairs performed by maintenance personnel not authorized by Huayin Pro-Audio;
5. Modifications made without prior permission from Huayin Pro-Audio. Return to the factory: If the equipment is found to be damaged out of the box, you can return it to the factory within 7 days. All returned equipment is required to be well packaged.
